DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?

  • No. MimiAce Collection is currently an online store only.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 business day and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or on holidays.
  • Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

  • Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, only exchanges or store credit for an item of equal or lesser value.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

  • An item you ordered might be sold out or suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available.These cases are rare. However, if an item in your item does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY
